ABOUT PANAREA COUTURE

Panarea Couture is a swim and resort-wear brand with a selection of versatile pieces created with the intention of catering to the lifestyle of a stylish traveler. The collection will take the Panarea Couture Woman from a sandy outdoor brunch in Capri straight through to veranda dining under the evening stars of Saint-Tropez, without ever having to skip a beat.
Handcrafted in Italy, the swimwear can easily translate to city life when worn as a bodysuit, while separates can be paired with an edited collection of resort-wear pieces designed to heighten the overall look.
From floor-sweeping vests of the reversible variety to slouchy culottes and crisp shirt-dresses, the luxury lifestyle collection has all you need to travel the world in style.

The brand was named after the beautiful chain of volcanic islands just north of Sicily -- a mystical and sophisticated summer destination for the discerning world traveler. With a "La Dolce Vita" vibe it embraces the nostalgia of 70's glamour.
Anchored in high-design and quality construction, each piece aims to enhance femininity, embracing sophistication and sensuality with a modern edge.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER: VALENTINA SHAH

Valentina Shah spent the summer 2014 in her family vacation home in South coast of Italy uncovering her Grandmother's vintage beachwear pieces from the 60’s and was inspired to design a resort wear and swimwear collection that was beautifully refined and constructed to offer a optimum fit and versatility at an accessible price point. Her Grandmother, a matriarch from Italy's noble Carraciolo family, heavily influenced Shah's style sensibility. Going back on her childhood of her summer pasts memories, she would peek down the stairs to watch the fun pool parties held by her parents that were frequented by the likes of Sophia Loren and Robert De Niro.

Panarea Couture focuses on detail in the most true form, and embodies the ultimate in classic sophistication of the world traveler while staying true to the needs of the current woman.
